Anyone need a roomie in January? We just got a notice on all our doors that rent is going up to $620.00 a month from $510.00!!!!! How do you raise rent when half the apartments are empty and there is a glut of rentals all over town? Actually it isn't all that bad since there is a glut and a lot of places are offering free cable and high speed internet! I just HATE MOVING!!!! But like they say every cloud has a silver lining and this one moves at 3 Megs Oh and Happy Friday Eve to all!
