Valium gives me bad dreams.

I have used something called Calms Forte, its an over the counter sleep aid. It worked really good at first, but now it dosnt seem to be as effective.

Sadly the best remedy for best sleep is.....
stay on a fixed schedule (go to sleep/awake at the same time every day), dont eat a big meal before bedtime, dont drink alcohol at bedtime, and excersice routinely.
