Every time I read the news on new orleans, I want to cry. What is wrong with this country? The federal government let people starve in 100 degree heat and humidity on top of thier whole lives being turned into a toxic waste lake, and these people have lost everything. Isn't it great that the jack ass running the country cut his vacation two days short so he could come see the dammage? Fuck that guy. I have no idea how he got re-elected. He never should have left, for vacation in the first place. He knew what was comming. just like he knew about 9/11. I hate that guy. He is corrupt. "God bless America" is the biggest line of bullshit I have ever heard. The only people being "blessed" in this country are the corrupt. they are the only ones getting ahead. The rest(well, most) of us are still fucking broke. If america didn't already look like assholes to the rest of the world, we certainly do now.

In the end the only people we have to blame for our Government is ourselves... and those who came before us.
As for the corruption, that has been there for ages. Just never so blantely obvious.
