Ever tried meditation, I know repetition ain't your deal but it could help(Tai-chi?).
A massage might be good too
OK so just dropping by to let ya know that I shall be making myself scarse during the summer months, so don't be alarmed if my commenting is non-existant for a spell, I shall be back in regular commenting fashion this fall
