I still have nothing exciting to say... I worked last night and It was okay, I'm starving and I'm going to go get a big ass salad with lots of dark leafy greens and a crap load of vegetables. I have to work tonight too.... I need coffee. I have been trying to quit, but not successfuly. I saw my ad for Vestal Watch today. I guess it was just submitted for acceptance. we'll see what happens. It's a good pic. I like it. well that's all I know.... here have a recipe.

Glazed Endive with Tarragon.

-4 endives
-1Tbsp olive oil
-1Tbsp unsalted butter
-1/2tsp sugar
-2tsp balsamic vinegar
-1tsp lemon juice
-1Tbsp fresh tarragon

peel off and reserve the endive leaves untill you reach the cores. Cut the cores in half lengthwise.

heat the oil and butter in a lrge skillet,over medium heat. Add all the endive leaves and cores and toss untill well coated. add the sugar, vinegar,and lemmon juice,and cook for about five minutes. Remove from heat, and stir in tarragon.

this is not only really good, but really good for you.... I'm making it as part of dinner tomorrow.....
