It's monday, my second day off and I am still exauhsted. maybe I should make tea. My eye itches, and is red in the corner, from rubbing.....I have ten million things to do today.
Here's my weekend in review....
friday: I worked, and paid rent. you gotta do, what you gotta do....I also paid my cell phone bill...... responsibilities... they become more and more very year....
saturday: I worked, and smoked about ten cigarretes. that's alot for me. a whole lot. A customer I met at work became a member of the site....
sunday: my day off. Sunday I actually did some cool stuff.... I went to the fairfax/melrose flea market, and scored a great slip from the forties.... also I got an old evenin g clutch bag circa 1953 or so, and tiny old heart shaped lock that opens with a tiny skeleton key circa early 1900's or so. I have to have the lock looked at by a lock smith, but I can see that there are two tumblers in there... I am going to have it cleaned out. I always wanted something like this. and not one of those stupid heart shaped locks from the gumball machine. (although I have to admit, I have about three of those.) anyway, after the flae market, I went home and napped, and then I went to the California science cewnter to see the body worlds exhibit... It was amazing. Really. If you have time and live in L.A. you should go. It's going to be here untill january 23rd. I am planning on going again. If this comes to your town you should go. My favorite part is all the fetuses. I guess apparently that part of the exhibit was banned in the U.K. Too bad. It was fascinating. It made me want to have a kid. But don't count on Voltaire junior running around anytime soon. I don't think my plumbing works.....then I came home, and watched Repo Man. that movie is so ridiculous. It's funny, but In a really bad way.
Today, I have errands to run, but at least they are kinda fun... I have to buy new dance shoes, and I am treating myself to some yummy urban decay lipgloss for not drinking for two months.
Great, they are out of diet coke on my floor. I may as well just go buy a twelve pack of it, since I am the one responsible for drniking all the diet coke oput of both the nachine on my floor and the machine on the second floor. Donb't ever start drinking diet coke. People are not lying to you when they say it is addicting.
I think I may have to bust out of my shell and go out to a club tonight. but it certainly won't be the ruby. I hate that place. full of trendy scenesters that care more about what others think about them then they would have you belive, and more self important and stuffy then I care to be around. I don't have time for lame shit like that. they can have all thier elitest games, and keep them. High school ended for me a long time ago. I like another club in hollywood. the space is better, and so are the people. the overall vibe there is better too.....
Well...... I guess I better gety off my comuter, and start my day. it's beautiful outside today. I'm gonna go be part of it.
