I guess another year came and went, and I'm turning 23 again..... I have to confess though, this is not the birthdate on my birth certificate. It's the birthday of the woman I was named for, my mother's mother. yeah, her name was Voltaire too.... HA HA! not.
I have had her birthday in my profile for almost two years now. she would have been 90 today. instead she died at the age of 42 of breast cancer. I never met her, but I have seen pictures. I had dreams about her when I was a very small child. I look exactly like her we even share some of the same facial expressions. she however, did not have dreads or tattoos..... this year, I decided to celebrate her birthday as my birthday, as she is almost precisely a certain number of years older than me. I wish I could have met her. my mother says we have alot in common other than looks. She was a strong woman, one of the only women to have a job durring the depression, the backbone of the family, a skilled homaker, and a beautiful woman; an absolute stunner. She had the same witchy/pixie green eyes as me, stood almost as tall as me; about 5'4"(I'm 5'7"), with thick full dark auburn hair.... Like I said, a stunner...........So, there is some history for you.... I am actually celebrating my Birthday today, instead of in late january. yes, I really am aquarius. But my birthday really isn't important to me. It's just another year, and I don't really keep track of time anyway.....
It's really hot here today.... I met Aries For luch today. she seems very unique and cool. she was fun. I'm looking foreward to hanging out with her again.....
Air conditioning is good. I don't usually ruin it, but today, I had to. now it's nice in my apartment...
I'm making canneloni with spinach and chicken tonight. I can't wait! I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE canneloni. I already made the marinara for it erlier thius week on manday, so it will be super easy! Yum!
well, I'm going to enjoy a nice relaxing reflective day... with canneloni.....
maybe I'll go for a late afternoon hike..... that might be nice.....

1. I have an uncle who was a prisoner-of-war in WWII. He want blind because of it, but after all he went through he is the coolest/sweetest man.
