just a really quick entry, before I start running around for today...... I took the night off tonight, to work on another project.... It should be lots of fun....... I'll tell you about it after I do it........
My tattoist is going to be in town... In fact, He might be here right now..... I am super excited, because I want some new work. I have a piece plannned out for my other side that I want done......
I've been really tired lately..... ugh.....
here's the soup recipe:
-1 onion, chopped
-2 carotts, chopped
-2stalks of celery, chopped
-2 bay leaves
-coarse kosher salt
-pepper
-2 chicken thighs, with the bones in and skin still attatched
-about 20 cups of water, give or take two cups but not more or less than that.
-1/2 to 1 cup small pasta (optional)
In a large stock pot, saute the onion in a little butter or olive oil untill it is just slightly tender. then add the water. Bring it to a boil, and then add the chicken(whole pieces), carotts, celery, and bay leaves. reduce the liquid by half. If you are going to add pasta now is the time to do so. boil the pasta till tender, about 10 12 minutes. turn down the heat to simmer or somewhere between low and med low, depending on your stove. add the salt and pepper to taste, and presto! there you have it......
note: If you leave the pot in the fridge overnight, the pasta will absorb alot of the liquid. just put as much water back in the next day, and reheat. It should be just fine. you may need to add a little more salt though. and then It should be fine. the pasta will not absorb any more liquid after that.
PS: make sure that after the soup is cooled that you remove the chicken skin and the cartilage. I like to keep the bones in the pot, because they add alot of flavor. the meat should be either shredded already, just by cooking, or in small pieces. If not then you may want to shred the meat or break it into small pieces......
time: about three hours.
dificulty: easy
cost: about seven bucks
servings: about fifteen
okay, I have to run.......

1. what color should I do my hair next? I'm taking a poll... red again, or purple, or bright burgundy?
2. how tall are you?
3. If you could change one thing about your appearance, what would it be?
1. I'm thinking burgundy, or red. but I dunno......
2. five feet seven inches..... when I stand up straight, that is......
3. I would want to be taller. I always wanted to be super tall, like an amazon woman..... like six feet, seven inches...... that would be rad.
