It's fun to be new in town, especially if you are somewhere you've never been to before. I miss travelling, and I jonse the travel vibe. I like discovering new things, and I feel stagnant when I am not learning about others. how very aquarian of me. I think i'll shoot myself now.

Ahhhh I know! In August we are taking a nine day trip to Canada....north of Glacier National Park. One of my friends just got back from there and said amazing things about it. I love seeing new climates, like plant life and animals etc. I just love the idea of being in a place that I have never been before. Ugh I can't wait. Do you have any trips planned? Have you ever backpacked?

That isn't bad at all. Downtown can be a tough nut to crack. It's a scary place at best at night. I've had many enjoyable days down there, but at night? PDC is about it...oh and Disney Hall. The Music Center. But those aren't speakeasys...

We have people in our building who will just leave their laundry in the washer and dryer all day long. These are the same people who if you leave your laundry unattended and with the cycle finished for more than five minutes they'll take it all out, dump it on a table and put their clothes in. Douchebags.

Yes. I should have added, "And without and insane added cost." I love fluff and fold but per pound is murder. Mrs. Toothpick and I put laundry off until the last possible moment (damn laundromats) so taking 100 pounds of laundry into the fluff and fold might literally kill me.

On the plus side a unit in our building has recently been renovated and is available with a washer/dryer...for only 50% more than what we pay now... blackeyed
