Well, I'm officially in my thirties! I started my birthday festivities on thursday with a road trip to the gorge to see (don't laugh) DMB with an old friend.
Got back early saturday morning and had some killer Pineapple Coconut Curry fried rice @ a new Sushi place here in lovely Silverdale w/
xj & Kara. Went home and had a nap. Drove to Seattle for some good Carne Asada and Margaritas with friends. Got to the Bad JuJu @ about 10:20 for some real drinking action with Kara and her little sis,Monkeypox and friends, xj and friends, null, Seth0067, and Luminaire. I don't care what anyone says, I love that bar! Anyhow, I ended up running out of the bar at about 12:30 after someone who had partied a bit too much ( she will remain nameless).
Got back home Sunday afternoon and watched Sin City before going over to my folks for a big old family BBQ, where I ate far too much. We ended the weekend with a great show out at local junk yard with Bonneville's band " The Assassinators". I tell you what! This was not your regular pretty boy punk rock show. These guys fucked some shit up! They even had an old cop car for everyone to beat on. I don't think anyone there went home with out beer being sprayed on them or the whole can for that matter.
On a side note......Go see "40 Year Old Virgin", It was ha ha funny.
