Who says you can't have your cake and eat it too? We're keeping the house. I'm going to move my studio into it and use the basement for a wood and welding shop. I'll also have the BBQ, the room to be loud, the fire pit, and maybe even a hot tub. I'm actually real stoked about it. I'll be able to totally hermitize and work on my art for part of the week and we're going to move out of Georgetown and into a smaller studio on Capitol Hill for Kara's studio. I'll be able to spend my quality city time with Kara and still get my hick on in Poulsbo. Hmmmmm?
