Where do I start? We went to see a drag queen re-enactment of Showgirls at the Re-Bar tonight. It started out great. I mean the show was hilarious! Until one of the actors had a seizure causing her to fall down and hit her head. She was unconscious and bleeding quite a bit. They stopped the show and called 911. I hope she's going to be OK. I couldn't believe it but some people actually asked for their money back. (the nerve of some people)
After the show I had planned to go and finnish up some things at work. Well, lets just say I got there earlier than I was supposed to? I won't even go there right now.
After work I was pulling up to park at about 1 am and some guy dressed in camo and a ski mask ran off. The fucker was trying to steal my mini bus. Of course I didn't find this out until he was long gone. I called the police and all, but they can't really do more than fill out paperwork. If they could just show more of a presence here in Georgetown it would probably help. I love it here, but we've only been here since August and someone has tried to steal my car, slashed Kara's new convertible top, and now tried to steal my old mini bus. Thank goodness they're too stupid to actually accomplish anything.

Actually, I've never been to Georgetown, but I do happen to excel at spouting off opinions on things I know nothing about. And as for the yuppies and corporate greed, give it time. Urban sprawl will send 'em your way eventually.
