Bucharest to be exact. just survived the 16 hour train ride from Budapest. it went pretty well actually. had a hard time sleeping on the train with all the train noises and stops and starts. no biggie. that's what they invented coffee (sorry...cafea) for right? the hostel I'm staying in tonight is interesting. the last one was very clean and quiet....

blew another power supply on the computer. be on more later on after I've retrofitted it with a newer one. perferably a 1.21 jigawatt one so I don't have this happen...again.
added 2 weeks later: turns out the power supply fried the board as well. turned it in to get it replaced by a local shop and they are now more than a week late...

good news: my dad got through the surgery to cut out the cancer allright. He was in a lot of pain immediatly after, but we've you've been effectivlely disembowled and put back together again, that's to be expected. He'll be in the hospital for a while recovering. All we are waiting on now is the biopsy of the lymphnodes around the cancer to make sure...
