good weekend. Went up to Austin a little early to hang out and spend time. I miss the city. Had some good food and spent time with friends. Reported in Thursday afternoon for monthly drill. This was a pretty easy one. We bussed out Thursday night and spent all weekend at the rifle range, getting our qualifications current and up to date.
This is some of the better shooting we get to do. It's more about pure marksmanship than actual combat shooting. We get a pretty accurate assessment for only having three days two get it all done in. It was pretty relaxing. They through in one afternoon/early evening of hellacious physical training just to remind us what exactly we do.
Put more miles on the motorcycle to and from. Still loving this bike.
