it's pouring rain today. lightning, thunder, the whole bit.
I'm staying home.
I don't really like my job, but at least I've reached the seniority point where, if it's a slow enough day, I can just say "I'll be at home. call if something comes up."
Now that I have to to, I am actually looking forward to Morroco a bit. I just can't help it. The want/need to travel is so deep that the prospect of going somewhere I've never been...even if it's more work than play, is exciting. It does mean that I'll have to put off starting the classes to finish my degree, but that just means I can get the travel out of my system early and buckle down on this school thing....right?
mildly amusing Volkov fact: I don't drink iced coffee. almost never. but I will absolutely come home and drink the room temperature coffee that is still in my coffee pot from breakfast on a day like today.
