Working 60 plus hour weeks with trips home to visit family on the weekends. I feel like I haven't really had a day to rest for a while. and then this weekend I get to go to drill and dress up in desert camo and run around....huzzah. I probably enjoy it. If I didn't actually enjoy being in the Marines, I wouldn't still be doing this. I'm seriously thinkig about getting out of the infantry and into something a little less deleterious on the body though. I've got a package (HA!) set up for a move into the intel side of things. I don't really have enough time on my contract left to send it up though. Also still waiting to hear back on some jobs I applied for through the State Dept. feeling a bit limbo of late as far as life. could also finally finish that degree that I started 12 years ago I suppose.

I just watched The Fountain finally...and it was freekin amazing. I can see why some people didn't like it. The plot lines got very confusing, sort of criss crossing and falling in over each other, particularly at the end...and the end point of the story is wildly up to interpretation. But it was stlll a good story. Fantastic acting and beautifully shot all the way through.
