yeah, i was on this high protein low carb diet and exercising like a fiend and lost a ton of weight and got all buff, but then i stopped and gained even more back - i assume my body had adjusted and when i stopped i was worse than before i started. diets don't work, but i'm just trying to eat healthier and cut out junkfood. that's the attic diet. no junk, just food. nice slogan hey?
