It all started back in April when we decided to look at houses. After we got our credit cleaned up. Thanks to my father in law giving some money to paynsime bills off. Sonwe looked at a few houses found ine thatbwe both absolutely loved. It was for sell by owner, so we thought we'd give it a shot and put an offer in on it. Their was aome haggling back and forth over the price but we got for it a decent price. Then came the inspection. Wow they left that place a mess for thr inspector. There was a few small things that needed fixes but nothing major. So we fought with the sellers about that. That took about a week and they didn't want to fix anything. Then it was appraisal time. Our realtor told them about rhongs that was required for our usda loan. All things that was required for the usad loan that needed to be done still wasnt done. So we had to schedule another final appraisal, which was another $150. Finallygot everything squared away and now we our getting the house cleaned up since they left it a fucking mess. I cant believed people can live filth like that with kids. So its been a bunch of cleaning and painting. We got one room fully painted tonight. One down 3 to go. Plus admsit all this chaos of moving,cleaning and painting, i got a new tattoo. So that what been going on
