So not much has been going on. I continue to have my promotion and everything is going smooth on the work side of things.
The kids are good. My daughter loves go to school the boy not so much :D I've been hitting garage sales, thrift stores & flea market type places looking for old gaming consoles (like NES SNES Genesis ETC) so I can custom paint them. I got an NES (no controllers or hook ups) and 3 games (Top Gun, Techmo Bowl & Super C) for $4 at yard sale. All the game work and so does the console. I score another lot at an swap meet type thing in town. On that one I got SNES (no controllers or hook up. I'm still needing to test that one.), Super Scope 6 with game, sensor & box, an Atria 2600 with 3 games, all the hook ups, 2 joysticks, 1 paddle & a C.I.C attachment (I have still to test the system and games) and as a added bonus I got Assassin's Creed 2 and Fable 2 thrown in the lot all for $27. I have taken the NES completely a part, clean it, sanded it and are now in the process of painting it. I'm doing a Dr. Mario color scheme on it. I'm going to get some stickers printed for the top with Dr. Mario graphics. I'm dong customize 2 controllers for it too. I really enjoying this new hobby of mine. I can't wait to get it finished and start on my SNES. I'm still thinking about what theme I'm going to do on it.
