My sleeping habits have gone into the nocturnal mode again... can't seem to wake up before midday if I'm lucky anymore.. Maybe I'm just getting the flu...Maybe it's just because I've been stressed (not sure exactly why)...who knows /shrug.. simply lacking energy in all forms lately.. I'm not up, nor am I down, just feel really flat I guess... lifeless even....

i've been feeling exactly the same. maybe it's the weather or something. that or because it is mid-year. body just needs to recharge to make it through the rest of the year. though surely i am to young for that to happen already.

well i hope things get better for you, when feel like that i usually just try to up the alcohol dosage till my liver jumps out and knocks me out with one bloody punch. now thats a good nights rest. take care
