I will be late. It is my destiny!
I'm trying to get to The Scene right now to meet up with everyone. I'm about 7 minutes from when people are supposed to all be there, and 20 minutes away, and NO TAXI YET. I need to get my car fixed.
Of course, I had learned my lesson on Taxis and.. set my cell phone alarm to wake me up at 7:30 so I could call them then!
But, as is my destiny to be late to everything, it goes off at 8:30, despite when I checked it, 7:30 is listed. WTF!
Yarrrgh. If I didn't have this cell phone plane for 4 more years, I would take a baseball bat to this thing.
