i took an anti-histamine and i slept so hard i've done something to my collarbone/shoulder/sternum. fucking hurts! i've tried everything! any suggestions? ...don't say chiropractor, i have $10 to my name.

hope you are better now. it could be a strain on your ligaments connecting your sternum to your ribs in your upper chest. it makes the whole area hurts.
