well, joy came and went, but had a great time while here. i was really surprised because i was expecting it to be really uncomfortable, but it wasn't. i guess ex's can be ok afterall.

i went to watercourse (yes, i'm addicted!) twice this week. the second trip yielded chocolate chip cookie dough cheese cake. holy crap, better than any unvegan cheese cake i tried to remember. it was sooo good. and joy had german chocolate ice cream cake, wow, best veg ice cream i've had.

tomorrow i have to run a 10k (6.2mile) race. i'm not looking forward to this at all. it's a work thing, so i'm kind of forced into running. i quit running shortly after highschool because it's not much fun and after marathon training after track practice, running seven days a week and three a day practices along with cross country camps, i was tired. no more. i tried training for this, but it just didn't work. oh well, i still plan on beating everyone at my hospital.

well, that's all. i need to get ready for tomorrow since it's going to be 50 and raining all day. yeah for crappy conditions.


woo hoo well, i didnt die and actually ran the entire way (well, only stopping to pee). i'm wondering what i did to my knee because walking is now almost impossible. oddly enough, i don't stink right now. go me.

everyone should go see lords of dogtown. it's a great movie. but i guess i'm biased since i was a big dogtown fan growing up and know about all the guys in that movie. or don't go see it.
