damn, 16.5 hours of straight driving. i don't think i want to do this again. i hate driving, i hate driving to the midwest, i hate being in the car that long.
i did manage to get pulled over and luckily, no ticket. but he kept asking about narcotics. i just wanted to yell at him to tell him i only swerved because he was riding my ass and i had already been driving almost 16 hours. he looked like he didn't believe a word i said.
cops make me nervous. always have. my heart stops, stomach flips over, i shake. not really a great trait. damn cops. and it didn't help he followed me for 20 minutes.
oh well, that's my fun time.
how is everyone else?
-keith.

I am still considering the school in Boulder. The phone call I got was actually from a school in Portland. It's a regular school, but it shouldn't be that bad as I would be taking the Ptisserie & Baking Program. (I wouldn't have to cook with meat.)
It seems as if The School of Natural Cookery is a school that a lot of professionals go to after working in the field for sometime. A lot of them have degrees from schools that actually hand out degrees. I figured if this is what I want to do, I should probably have that piece of paper. I can adapt recipes, etc. as I go along. I can get that experience maybe working in an environment that is Vegan.
I think what I am trying to say is I am going to spend too much money on schooling so that I can have a piece of paper, then go to the school I actually want to.
I'm sure it's worth it.
Oh yeah, then ask him WHAT THE FUCK HIS DEAL IS!?!?
or something like that...
