pretty cool, i almost died today.
i was trying to lift a dog down some rocks while we here hiking on the way down this canyon to go climbing...well, we were too top heavy and went flying backwards. flew back in the air about five feet while spinning around and tagging this boulder with my thigh (yeah, it looks nasty), my glasses went flying and i held on to the dog (didn't want him to go rolling off the edge). i was sliding and trying to dig my feet in the loose dirt and suddenly stopped. pretty scary because a few more feet and i would have been toast.
we eventually found the trail down. i'm sore from all that banging around. my body hurts. so, i'm going to take a shower. all in all, it was a super good day.
oh, my cookies rocked. chocolate chip and i made snickerdoodles. i'm the best roommate ever.

oh i dont clip his wings. he had mites and was nearly bald. his feathers have grown back but he doesnt have enough flight feathers to fly yet. poor litle bugger
