batting zero lately. need to keep my mouth shut, it would probably be better.


general rule in cooking...melting butter (vegan or otherwise) does not make a good substitute for oil. my cookies tasted ok, but looked a little messed up. oh well. and i think one of the dogs ate the rest of them because they were gone when i got home from work. damn dogs.
