jesus, the fun never ends. well, everything else in my life seems to be getting better (or will get better) but i came home tonight to find something really wrong with my dog.
she's been vomiting a few times and the last one looked like it had blood in it. so, i have a few choices....
it's something major or it isn't. she hasn't gotten into the trash or eaten anything that she shouldn't (everything is put away and the trash is put on the counter-just for that reason)and we haven't been hiking outside where she could pick something up.
i'm kind of scared. my roommate brought some fluids home so i'm going to give her those subq and that should keep her hydrated. no more food tonight and if she gets worse i'll take her in and run some blood.
now, i can lose my friends (funny, meg and i were just talking about this earlier today) but i can't lose my dog. i'm only worried because she's nine (i think, could be 10) which is kind of old for a big dog. i'm probably being paranoid, but i can't help it. fuck.


and i just bought her a new bed today.
