It was gorgeous out today, and for once I was off to enjoy it. I took my bestest friend out to eat cuz it was her bday the other day. We filled our tummies then sat outside by the lake and had a drink while Covin played on the playground. Me n Cowie also took a walk/bike ride around the block. I miss being outside. I was babysitting the crazy twins and their brother with Covin the other night, and once they fell asleep, she and I stepped outside to get some fresh air. Covin looked up, hugged me, and said "Mommy, let's snuggle and look at the stars. They're beautiful- just like you." This girl couldn't be any sweeter. Sigh. Some days I feel really lucky to be me.
I bought Kill Bill today and watched it w/ some friends (after I put the one too young to see it to bed of course). A few people I know went to see Kill Bill 2 tonight and said it was awful and people were walking out of the theater. Why do the great movies always get ruined? I'm still dying to see Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. I guess I just have to wait till it comes out on dvd though due to lack of time.
Tomorrow I'm goin to Chuckie Cheese w/ my baby for one of my friend's daughters bdays. Woo hoo! The place just isn't the same as I remember it. Casino's are like big people Chuckie Cheeses'. Minus the pizza and substitute alcohol. Yawn. It's almost 6 am I spoze I should sleep- gotta man the bar tomorrow too. Night XOXOXO
