Today was awesome for me! I really needed an awesome day. I start working out with a personal trainer on Monday. Yay! I am so excited! His name is Colin. He is super nice but also a drill sergant type! He will be kicking my ass on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:00AM-10:00AM. I have a feeling that I am going to love him! My plan is to have a booze up this weekend. Starting Monday I plan to cut alcohol out of my diet for a couple of months. My only planned "slip" is on my birthday. I have to have a drink on my birthday! Colin will also but putting me on a diet. I am pretty sure that means more protein. I don't eat very much protein. Most of my diet consist of fresh fruits, fresh vegetables, water and various types of alcohol. So I have stocked up on tofu, soy milk, beans, rice and nuts. Yay for me. It's nice to feel excited about something again.

I am on the fence about high waisted pants coming back into fashion.

Could this be far behind?
