The queen of England visited a hospital in the US to get a idea of how the medical system is in the US and perhaps use our knowledge in the UK. The head doctor gives her the gran tour, he tells her about some of the patients and what they are doing to treat them. Well about 20 minutes goes by and they walk past a room and a patient is jerking off, like he’s got a grip and the queen sees this and just goes off “WHAT IN THE WORLD IS GOING ON IN THIS BLOODY PLACE?!!” The doctor calmly says “Well your majesty, this man has a condition we’re his testicles build up a lot of Superman’s if he does not ejaculate, he can die.” The queen apologizes for not knowing what was going on. About an hour into the tour they come across another patient’s room and a nurse is giving a patient a blowjob. This time the queen really freaks out “OK SERIOUSLY WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS?!
