Well, we made it through another holiday safe and sound. Got to spend some decent time with my parents and my grandma, who may or may not be around next Christmas. The parents seem to be settled in their new house. It is just hard to imagine them living in a retirement community. I can see that they moved there to be closer to my grandma, but it is just strange to see them living where they do. At least I can drive their golf cart when we go down to visit.
My mom brought up the whole "when am I going to have a grandchild? " thing again which makes me rather uncomfortable. Especially seeing as I am not married right now.
Hope everybody had a safe week and stays warm. It is just funny to see people in Florida go into panic mode when it drops below 50 degrees. I made a promise to never complain about being cold after spending a few weeks in Alaska a few years back. The puppy is awake now so I better get him outside before something bad happens.
