Does this make me a Bitch, or just a mean old lady?

So I am hanging out at home relaxing before I have to pull an overnight-er at work and all I hear is the neighbor hood kids running and screaming right outside my apartment. I don't understand why they have to play right next to my apt when there is a very nice large park not even a block away. I wish I had an air-soft gun so I could play sniper and shoot them so they would go away.

So am I way out of line or does anyone understand were I am coming from?
