Ireland next week will have its general population vote on allowing same-sex couples to marry or not. The fact that a country traditionally enriched in Catholicism considering this vote is monumental, admirable, and delightful. The best part, from my 3 days in Dublin, the polls asking peoples' stance on the issue is very positive!
