I hired a personal trainer just a week ago to help me get back in shape. I've gained about 50 pounds since getting out of the service and I miss how I looked. Not only do I miss that, but at my age, I needed to do this for my overall health. Also, with Europe coming up, I need to be able to tour with out getting tired after only an hour or so. I hope for great results!
