sup yo. we'll my gym partner is gonna be upset monday. we usually do weight lifting till closing cuz i only get like an hour in the gym after work , so come monday i gotta include 30 minutes of cardio everyday. cardio cuts up them muscles, makes em shine. yes indeed. run motherfucker!
