Pleasure and Pain
Holy shit my shoulder is sore but I'm smiling hard cuz I love my new camera.
First I got a nikon D300 on sunday. I had to drive 5 hours to get it, but well worth it. I bought it used and saved 500 bucks including gas and food! Now that's a good deal. I picked up Magic Lanter Guides D300 book to learn some tips and tricks to it and wow this is an awesome book. A very good read. I'm now camera crazy and ordering a new lens and meter as soon as possible. Shit yo I'm stoked!

Now for the pain. My fucking shoulder joint hurts,bad! Its so painful and its all my fault. Its in this condition from me overdoing it in the gym. The shit part is I haven't hit the gym since october and it still pains me so. I went to the doc once and received a paper on exercises to do. My other choices are shots or surgery. Fuck both of those. I've got joint medicine which I never take. Guess I better start back. More later
