I got a promotion!!!! WOW! my boss told me today that i would be taking over one of our site jobs with my own crew because the current superintendent was going to a new job. anyways thats big news except. i dont get a raise, i dont get a new truck and i dont get any respect from anyone because ive always just been a regular joe at work. the suck. the guy they fired to be the super. got a raise and a new truck. i dont get jack shit except more responsibility and more work for the same pay. what the fuck? im lookin for a new one. next time i catch my boss alone ill hit him up for more money. <p>

ok my super goal is to lose 10lbs as fast as possible! the new golds gym opened up today and i was there workin my ass off as usual, but now that they stay open later, when i finish lifting weights i can go run or do an elliptical to sweat my ass off. and my roomate works nite shift and goes to the same gym so when he gets in at 5am hes gonna wake me up and we are gonna go to the gym and just do some hardcore cardio. pretty fucking sweet huh. u god damn right!! die fat die!!! <p>

im broke. yeah who isnt. the difference between me and real broke people is i talk about bein broke but i continue to spend money like crazy. this must stop before it catches up to me. <p>

i hate chest hair! i dont have much but its there. my dermatologist (yeah i got one) referred my for the laser hair removal because she seen that i shaved but the downside is they cant go over tattos and well i gots a big one right on my fucking chest where i dont want any hair. i cant win. <p>
