starting the year off right i hit the gym today and loved it! i quit the gym back in october cuz it was so expensive but i found a new golds gym opening and they were runnin a real deal so i signed up. im eating good and i bought a cookbook to help me eat clean. it has some really delicious recipes in it i gotta go grocery shopping i dont have a damn thing to make any of it.
heres the plan. lose 20 lbs then gain say 10lbs of muscle soooo im thinking 1-2 lbs a week will take 10-20 weeks so at the most i should be down to my goal weight in the middle of may. great. then i have the rest of my life to gain 10lbs of muslce. im not wanting to turn into a beefcake, just get toned a sixpack and square up my chest. simple.
