Short and Sweet:

* Saturday I had to work in the am. frown with only three hrs of sleep my ass was dragging. Then my evening was promptly ruined by the onset of terribly cold/snowy/icey weather. I was unable to attend the Art Sanctuary Event featuring Pyrate's paintings. Turns out that Louisville is just a little too far to drive when the visibility is a...

alot of my stuff was shot with a digital. my mom has played around with cameras for a few years and has quite a few canon lenses and she got me the digital rebel when it first came out and later on bought me a canon 20d. i havent had any classes or anything and really have only been taking pictures for about 2 1/2 years. i just picked up some old camera books from the 70's and 80's at a used book store and kinda taught myself.

i also sometimes use some film cameras. i have a really old pentax k1000 and some nikon from the 70's plus alot of "toy cameras" that i play around with sometimes. i think film still kicks ass whan it comes to black and white.

the night shots are really just trial and error. i have just started getting into them since i found this guys work

Well, It's tuesday. Getting back into the swing of things at work has been hell. It's made me realise just how "golden" free time really is. I hope to apprieceate my free time alittle more.
And nope that's not one of my New Year's resolutions. But I do hope that it all falls into place if I keep my promises to myself. This year calls...

No new news.... Just wanting to share. These were taken last month at Chain Rock in Ky. I can't remember the name of the town right off the top of my head, but the story goes that the towns members were afraid that this huge boulder would fall off of it's cliff and crush the city below. So to protect themselves they fastened it to...

Thank you everyone for the sympathy for my Great Grandmother. It's always good to know that you all have been thinking of me. It means so much that you'd take the time out of your day to write a few quick words to me in support. No matter what the cause....

I am growing to hate the Holidays even more. Seems like the older that...

Awwww! Nice pics! (we STILL need more of you though)

I know what you mean about the holidays sometimes. Although I'm fairly lucky, most of the horrifying family experiences happened while I was right there as a kid/teenager so now Christmas day tends to be limited to close friends and close family only - and therefore very relaxed and jovial.

I hope yours is delightful this year!

Hello everyone.... It seem like forever since we last met. I have been hiding from life a bit and I'm sorry. I promise that I'm coming back soon. And to stay!

My great Grandmother died last weekend and I have been out of town. She was 95 and led an awsome healthy long life. I praise her and hope that my life could be half...

95 is awesome! Im sure she is living it up wherever she is, getting out the blue rinse and playing all the bingo she can handle now..

Ive been working a hell of a lot of overtinme too, which suits me because I HATE Christmas and would rather spend time at work than around fake, unnecessarily jovial people this time of the year.
s_eldorado:
Hey beautiful, I may be gone soon from here so keep in touch, k?

Thank you for forgiving me.... somewhat... for creating a MySpace page. I've been talking with Endquire abit about it and I think that we've agreed that SG is our home. I feel at home here. More open people, more great artists/beautiful women/reality/truth. And that's the biggest part, there seems to be more truth here.

I love the changes that they've made to the site so...

s_eldorado:
Nice MySpace page. I'm having trouble finding the time to keep up with SG let alone anything else tho so I doubt I'll be caving to the demands of my friends to get one.

On a slightly different note, you know what your page (and this one) need? MORE PICTURES OF YOUR YUMMY SELF!!!

Ahem.

In the meantime, aside from darkside meanderings, how are you?
