Jeebus, la nuit blanche was amazing.
Sum of my weekend (pictures to actually come soon)
Saturday:
We went to Versailles, and walked fucking everywhere. The Gardens, the Chateau, everything. Its nuts, but its so freaking awesome.
After, I freaked out waiting for my friends to get in from London. Apparently everything got delayed. Dinner was steak tartare and an apple tart. That was a lot of raw meat.
My friends showed up, and we watched the Eiffel Tower light up from Pont Neuf, wandered around along the Seine, and ended up back in Bastille at les Furieux, with another guy from my group, and three hot girls. It was fun, and I had more absinth. Then, we walked the long way home (somewhere around 2+ hours) to Cambronne.
Sleep break: 6 hours
Sunday: We ran through the Louvre (Venus De Milo, Winged Victory, and Mona Lisa) in under an hour, Went through the Tuileries, Place de la Concorde, and saw the Arch from far away. Then, we went to les Invalides and called it a night. I got them most of the way to the train station, and came back home to fall asleep at 10. After sleeping almost 11 hours, I'm still tired.
But, Yay for fun weekends.
