Went to the gym again last night. Kathearsis has already lost almost 3kg since last week Thursday! Wow!

Off to work I go ...

We have a huge office party on Thursday ... will post pictures on Friday smile

Have a fantastic time at the office party. I'm going to start looking into gyms as soon as my back is feeling up to it. I can barely stand up right now, so working out is not something I'm able to do right now frown.
