Been at the doctor today - homeopath 
She thinks that my liver functions are not normal - that is why I get headaches and have gained weight the last two years 
I also suffer mild depression ... but hey, what's new? 
It seems like depression is a modern-day illness that every second person on street suffers from. So, I am being treated for my liver function, depression and then of course influenza. So let's see how it goes. At least she does not expect me to stop smoking and stop drinking coffee 
But I am going to seriously cut down on smoking ... I will buy a pack of 20's a week. That should be enough to cover my social smoking over weekends and in the evenings. I have already stopped smoking at the office last week ... not that difficult at all. Now I must just stop smoking while I drive ... but I've bought chewing gum for the car - that should help.
We have a faster and better ISP ... I will now put my webcam on once in a while.

I was doing so good only smoking on the weekends with friends etc. and now, I'm smoking during the day again and I hate it. I really REALLY need to quit. It actually gives me headaches but it's got such a hold on me.
And yay for still being able to drink coffee. I think THAT would kill me lol.
