yeah, i was thinking of you and the rain the last couple of days, knowing you'd be enjoying it. i wish you hadn't mentioned the white blouse, though; imagining you puddle-hopping around town isn't so innocent anymore! 
you should definitely make an appointment with a doctor to get that checked out. it could be an inner ear infection, causing you to lose your balance; or it could be trouble with your eyes, like a retinal tear. don't wait for it to get worse.
