Roger fell off the fridge today and was killed a second time in 2.5 days. This is just not his week. Poor plant.
The wife and I priced out cell phones last night since I decided it's a good idea to get one again. I absolutely hate my house phone because all we ever get are telemarketers calling us so I've decided to cancel it. dvb is getting a phone from work anyway in the next few weeks so it makes sense. The guy at bell is even going to give me a good deal on the accessory kit. $50 instead of $129.
I finally had chai from that lovely coffee shop on blanshard. Mirage coffee I believe it's called. It's SO nice in there. I want to go sit in there and talk a lot. I just have nobody to do it with
The guy even made little hearts on top of the foam with cinnamon! Maybe I'll just go there every day for lunch and instead of buying food I will drink chai.
We went grocery shopping for daveys mom today and visited her. She had her poor foot all cut open to fix something and she's been at home for a couple of weeks now recovering. We saw her wound. It's pretty bad. A bit gash across her foot and it's so swollen. We bought her cookies
I was on the hunt for a christmas dress today and we went to Bryans to see if they still had the dress I was admiring in the window a few weeks ago... and they did. Too bad it was $200
I couldn't find anything else anywhere so I'm not sure what to do. I guess keep looking. If I had a sewing machine I would just make something.
I finally, finally met pixxy, lauren_a and malloreigh today! We were walking out of Jacob and then I heard my name and first I saw mal and then lauren and then miranda. I was kind of shocked since it was very unexpected and I'm afraid I acted a bit strange. Sorry girls. I was just very surprised even though I knew I'd run into you somewhere

i mix everything by hand! i'm such a traditionalist... my mom had three mixers and i always did it by hand when i was at home. i wonder why i don't have bigger muscles...
