mine is pretty good, i am so outta shape though, i'm only able to go on for like 10 minutes smile but um... yeah, my tension thing was SO hard to get on, i had to use plyers to do it, no regular man would have been able to do it with just their hands like they say you can, it took me like 20 minutes just for that one step.
