Been on a lightning trip over the south of England. I hope work calms down soon as I'd like to sort more of my house out (like the heating!).

Bournemouth was very quick but I got to see some friends who have gone to uni there. In fact I should be staying with them when I get back there tomorrow. Then I went to Brighton and had a layed back couple of days catching up with old friends (and girlfriend) punctuated by unfortuate bouts of work. All very civilised. Then I went to London to see the Evil one for some quailty time, but once again another rush job as she's starting uni again and working the rest of the time.

Got back to Pompey last night to find out a good friend has been taken into hospital with a particularly antibiotic resistant strain of pneumonia. Apparently he's been delerious with his fever and is worried and confused. We're just waiting to hear of some improvement.
