Things have been amazingly fantastic and it looks like they might actually get awesomer! (yes, awesomer)

My roomy just moved to Miami and I'm looking to fill her spot. So get your ass to New Orleans and move in with me!

I have some interviews lined up for when I get home from work (around the 22nd) but someone here might be interested as well so worth a shot, nice to spread out my options.

Anyways, it's a 2br/2ba Apt in Downtown New Orleans (the Central Business District, or CBD as we say). It's 2 blocks from Canal St. & Bourbon St (the French Quarter), so it's centrally located. The apartment has a pool for the summertime (on the roof not actually in the apartment). I'm only home half the month on average so you'd have the place to yourself then, and only have to tolerate my drinking, smoking and the revolving door of casual sex with women half the month. Plus, I'm fucking awesome!

Rent is $1480, your half would be $740/month plus $35 for electric. That's it...

Anyone interested hit me up and we'll talk it out. Prefer drug free/ minimal use or off-site use, basically no crackheads...
