Hello SGLand!
Been about a month since I posted my last blog and I've been super-busy as usual.
My new job is awesome, pays well and is easy as shit, much like most my old jobs. I Got home about the 15th of last month and made enough money in 3 weeks of work to catch up on bills (the ones I lagged behind on while on vacation for a year and a half) and put some money away for a move. Gonna find a better place somewhere probably in New Orleans. Leaning towards Warehouse district at the moment but who knows. Don't plan on moving until Aug or Sept and by that time I should be able to find something in the $1500-$2000/ month range and pay up 6 months in advance.
I wasn't really around on my time off. My sister came down to visit cause it was her birthday and what-not, so between entertaining her and my friend's wedding (of which i was the best man and had wayyyy too much to do in perparation) I didn't have much time to myself.
I'm back at work now, working nights for a week, then back on days. Days go by quicker usually but a lot more to do. At night I can just kick back and watch TV. Been here about 3 days and go back home on the 13th. Sucks, I'm gonna miss a lot of 4th of July stuff.
I'm debating on whether I should go on vacation (keep in mind I spent almost a year and a half traveling) or just take it easy. I'm considering St. Croix or Jamaica, any thoughts?
That's about it for now, if anyone in New Orleans, or looking to move to New Orleans wants a roommate for a nice place let me know, I'm only home 2 weeks a month at most, so might be worth checking out...
