I have not been doing well.....I've been extremely ill with my disorder (I jave panic attack disorder, quite serverely.) Christmas was awful. I had to take lots of Xanax just to get thru xmas.....and x-mas day I was literally in bed all day, crying and having multiple panic attacks.
Things have not been good here in Tampa, so far I've been to the emergency room twice....
I'm just waiting for my higher dose of meds to kick in...Hopefully it will soon.
