BREAKING NEWS!!! GIRL GETS STUCK IN TRAFFIC!!!
it was kind of miserable actually. i went less than a half mile in 45 minutes. traffic was at a standstill on the expressway. my you-need-gas-idiot-light came on early on in my wait to exit and i watched it dip below the E marker. as i neared the top of the ramp at Campbell-Hilton and 696, i received a text message: channel 2 is here and they want to interview you when you reach the marathon station. yikes...
but i looked halfway pretty and slapped on some lipgloss...
i thought someone had actually killed themselves by jumping off the overpass. i didn't realize that it had been going on since 11:00 a.m. that morning. someone was threatening to kill themselves. heh. but i didn't want to tell the reported something so morbid, so i lied and said i didn't know. i felt better knowing that the guy didn't actually die, because the entire time i was stuck there, i was thinking about jumping off a highway overpass into many lanes of traffic. it was pretty horrific.
so anyways...
i am planning a couple of vacations in the coming months, let me know if you have any advice about the following excursions:
- a Carnical cruise of Mexico (maybe, i suppose
) the Cayman Islands and Jamaica. i have never been on a cruise but i am soooo very excited about this 
what are fun activities? cool places to go or check out?
- the Rothbury Festival. the best festival in Michigan. Dylan is going to be there!!! so if you have any tips on camping out for 4 days. surrounded by tons of hippies, dead-heads and stoners. let me know. god, it is going to be awesome!!!

Wow, thank God I was in Florida. I could have easily been right there with you. Funny this is the first I heard of it. I got back that night and didn't hear a thing about it.
